At Cloudies™, we want you to feel like you are walking on air, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, our simplified process ensures a stress-free resolution so you can get back to comfort.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your Cloudies™ back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
